Pregnant Angelina Jolie is struggling to carry her twins – because the babies are so heavy.
The Oscar-winning actress, who is rumoured to be expecting a boy and girl,is finding the burden of having two tots inside her exhausting.
A source close to Angelina – who already has three adopted children, Maddox,six, Pax, four, Zahara, three, as well as 22-month-old daughter Shiloh with partner Brad Pitt – told America’s Star magazine: “Her feet are so swollen that her shoes have gone up a half size at least.
“She’s constantly tired. She’s sick and irritable and feels heavy and weak.”
Angelina is also said to be suffering from gestational diabetes, a condition in which women without previously diagnosed diabetes exhibit high blood glucose levels during pregnancy.
An insider added: “Angelina has gestational diabetes. She found out about a month ago and has been trying to keep it under wraps. She’s been seeing a nutritionist about it – frequently.”
She has now had to change her diet in order to cope with her condition.
